Only 2 stylists here when walked in. 9 people waiting and she literally walks out leaving 1 to sign up new arrivals, answer phone and do customer service. Then she didn't listen as to how I wanted it cut. Hate my haircut as it's nothing like I asked for.
Bad service. Long wait with no acknowledgement. Stylists act like they hate their job. I walked out without a cut after waiting 30 minutes with no one ahead of me.
I am very satisfied with the customer service I received and the haircut I received. Elizabeth did a wonderful job training a new stylist on cutting my hair the way I liked it. Both her and the new girl did a great job.
I went in to get a haircut on Tuesday at 7:45. They closed at 8:00. I was told it was to late to get a haircut and I would have to come back. That will not happen
It's really bad when everyone that cuts your hair smells like smoke!
