Mr. Lovelace was so helpful and all his staff during the passing of my grandma. They made sure everything was right and checked in on us several times. Thank you for such great service and making this difficult time easier to deal with.

The best part was seeing my dad. He looked amazing. He didn't look sick. He looked like he was going to sit up and talk to me. I can never thank the staff enough for the care taken with my sweet daddy.

The funeral directors at Lotz Funeral Home Vinton Chapel were able to answer all of my family's questions and they really made us feel comfortable.

I could never thank Wayne and his staff enough for everything they did for my family. They helped us provide a truly beautiful viewing and funeral for my hero. Five star service all the way.

The service that I received at Lotz in Vinton was nothing short of phenomenal. Wayne Lovelace and his staff are top notch. My dad passed away on a Thursday before a very busy weekend at Lotz. Wayne met with us the same day he passed, worked with us to be able to have the viewing and service that weekend and never made us feel that we were putting him out. When I walked into the office, I was greeted by Mrs. Bates, who I've known my whole life, and Ms. Myrna, who actually knew my dad as a boy. Even though my dad had Alzheimers, when he passed it was a huge shock that he had gone so fast, so I was very upset when I arrived. Both of these sweet ladies hugged me like I was family to them. Wayne walked us through the planning of the service, contacted the cemetary, the police force and the Air Force for me, as well as coordinating everything with my church. He took a lot of the burden off of me so I could spend time with my family.

The funeral as well with military honors was out of this world. Jeff Gardner did a wonderful job! Highly recommend lotz funeral home in Vinton.

Just today, I received a beautiful flower book that not only contained photos of all the flowers and cards received, but also of the photos we placed through the viewing area and the items we placed in dad's casket.

Ms. Myrna made an amazing video of photos of my dad. I will cherish it forever. Jeff made sure everything went smoothly at my church, and since he's known my dad for years, i know he took extra special care of us.

My experience with Wayne Lovelace and everyone at lotz vinton was hands down phenomenal. Just awesome. Loosing my dad was such a hard emotional thing to go through but Wayne made it so much easier. He was there for us all from day one. So friendly and welcoming. I want to also thank Ann Pierce one of the hostesses for being so friendly and welcoming she made us feel like family. The cookies were a nice touch and they were delicious. Thanks again! My dad looked so handsome at the viewing. I know he is proud of how everything turned out. He always thought a lot of lotz vinton. I knew he was where he wanted to be!

Last week I found myself in a position I never thought I would be in. My mother in law was battling cancer and my father in law took a fall and broke his leg. While he was in the hospital recuperating from surgery she passed away. I have never been involved in planning a funeral before and had no idea where to start. Wayne Lovelace walked me through the process step by step with such patience and professionalism and I do not know how I would have made it through without him. Since I was back and forth at the hospital, Wayne was willing to work around my schedule and helped me plan a beautiful celebration to honor such a wonderful woman. He even got the paperwork that I needed to sign for the Cemetary so I could sign everything at once. The entire staff was so nice to work with and even provided blankets for the family the day of the funeral because it was so cold. I would highly recommend Lotz in Vinton. Wayne will guide you through the process that will fit your budget. I felt like I made a new friend.
